Here you’ll find a selection of embodiment practices to lead you home.

Every Orbit is also uploaded here. Think of them like deep soaks into a particular frequency.

Each Orbit begins with a 30 minute transmission and teaching, but you must move it through the body!

Join us for ORBIT, live and online once a month:

Online via zoom 9.30-11.30am BST (last bookings 9am).

Members can access the code via the events space in Circle, our community space.

There’s only one rule - make sure you are hooked up to a decent speaker and get ready to dance.

DAILY MEDS - 30 minutes (give or take a few) movement practices, not too much, not too little, just the right amount.

BURSTS - between 3 and 11 minutes max shakedowns, dance, high vibrational energy work to shift nervous system states in the shortest time possible.

HEART CAVES - between 10 and 20 minutes tender and restorative attunements to heart energy, including lead breathscapes, voice work, meditative and somatic invitations to harmonise.

COLLECTIVE ENERGY LIBRARY - a selection of your favourite 90 minute recordings of the weekly Saturday morning extravaganza. Born out of lockdown and the seed that spouted into this fuller vision of ORBIT.

Most of the practices have magical playlists attached.

You will need to login to a spotify account in order to access them.

We encourage you to connect to a decent speaker and enjoy the sounds as part of the full experience.

There are two ways to access the music depending on your set up:

  1. Use the ‘open in spotify’ button below each video playlist and adjust the volume

  2. Watch the video on your computer and sign in to the site via your phone for the playlist
